Jan 28,  · I remember when I was in middle school we drew album covers in art. My teacher who was in love with Aaliyah (and low key liked me too) was thrilled when I picked the One in a Million cover. Omg. It came out perfect. He kept my drawing. I want it back now!! I loved aaliyah and this album. I wanted to be like Aaliyah.

Aaliyah's second album doesn't necessarily prove that she is indeed One in a Million, but it does showcase more depth and talent than her acclaimed raycarsimpsicaperranavitytyre.xyzinfo's not only due to the greater variety of material on One in a Million, or to the way that her producers (Vincent Herbert, Jermaine Dupri, and many others) immaculately produce each track, but it is also due to the fact that Aaliyah's.

Jan 01,  · I n , Aaliyah distanced herself from R. Kelly and evaded the sophomore slump by aligning herself with up-and-coming super-producer Timbaland, who in the next year would go on to build his own hip-hop family with the likes of Missy Elliott, Ginuwine, and, of course, Aaliyah. The album, One In A Million, sold two million copies and elevated the singer to a new level of diva-stardom.
